Before the factory, MAM Food Co was feeding the UAE one pizza at a time. We hold the Papa Murphy's Pizza master franchise for the Middle East and the international rights to Project Pie — restaurant operations that taught us quality at speed, and still do.

Papa Murphy’s Pizza
Founded in 1981 in Vancouver, Washington, Papa Murphy’s is the world’s largest Take ‘N’ Bake pizza chain and one of the largest pizza companies in the USA. Fresh made, fresh baked — every pizza is hand-crafted in store from fresh dough and toppings. MAM Food Co brought the brand to the Middle East in 2012 and opened its first Dubai store in 2013.

Project Pie
Founded in California in 2012, Project Pie pioneered contemporary fast-casual artisan pizza — everyday artisan pizza, custom built by you. MAM Food Co acquired the master franchise for the Middle East, India, Turkey & North Africa in 2015, opened two Dubai stores with key developer Meraas in 2016, and took on the brand’s international rights outside the United States in 2017.

MAM Food Co acquires the rights to Project Pie International outside the United States.
